Those who use nicknames are typically well known to the board readers and post their CCGTCC membership number as well as their nick names.

It's also generally considered bad form to post negative comments about a poster's character unless you are an injured party.

It's doubtful you'll receive a warm welcome until you identify yourself a bit more completely and stay out of personal spats until you've been around a while.
