There isn't any doubt that the Apache Hotel had a casino. It was in the location that the jewelry store had. I don't know how long it operated, but I have photos of the Apache Hotel both with and without the casino.

The two other pictures show that the casino used chips, although I can't identify the colors or designs. But they did use chips - that is a certainty.
