The successor to the Aruba Grand, the Riu Palace (or something of that nature), a many-starred all inclusive, is set to open on July 20th. Whether that is by Aruba time or not remains to be seen. Of course, the resort will have a casino. So, who will be the first there after July 20th to pick up some chips???
