I collect mainly Hard Rock chips. Because I am paying "top dollar" for them, I prefer to have the best sample I can get. A while ago I asked Chuck if he could start sending me HR chips with well centered inlays. (where the border around the inlay is about the same thickness all the way around.) It didn't have to be perfect, but I really never liked the ones where the inserts were thin on one side, and thick on the other. I'm not sure if it's my OCD, or just being too picky. So, everytime I would order a HR chip from chuck, I would ask for it to be "well centered please" just to remind him. He didn't seem to have a problem with it, and all but one of the chips I received from him after that were well centered. He never complained about it at all to me, and I thought...here is a guy who cares about "customer satisfaction."
Again: I had nothing but praises for Chuck until now. I feel like I have been stabbed in the back. He is a wolf in sheeps clothing. I know he is a friend to many chippers/dealers, and I thought he was a friend of mine, but I guess I was mislead. True, I don't know him as well as others, but look at his actions. BITTER, SPITEFUL, and UNPROFESSIONAL.
(So sorry it had to end this way Chuck.)
Be well,
Glenn
