Officer and his new members process is to get a notification that the electronic sig-up process has happened. You then get recorded into the Membership Officer's Club database at which point your Club number is assigned.

Ralph then prints your membership card and mails it, along with a letter to your address. When you get that mailing, you then know you are in.

To learn earlier, you can always email Ralph (membership@ccgtcc.com ) but keep in mind, Ralph has a semi-normal job and tends to many other "membership" issues (mostly renewals) and may not get back to you right away.

The confirmation you got via email was an automated message based on applying on-line. I do not know the details of how long the process takes, but we are talking about a week or so, not a month or so.
