chip id on seattle, WA chip

Hi all,

I have no idea where this chip is from. There is no name on the chip. The sides of the chip say Seattle, WA but that's it. Any help?

Dick, since the Chipco printing process...
I have the same chip Ellen & always wondered.
Chipco calls it a SAMPLE
They are still 'floorsweepings'
