PCs that I receive from the creator go to my collection. PCs that I end up with in a trade or as a freebie or as a bonus chip or even as part of a collection purchase are like traders. And in fact, if they did not become traders, then how would other people (especially new collectors) be able to get them for their collections.

Now, I sometimes receive PCs from other collectors that don't collect PCs and for them a PC is kind of like a plastic interlocking chip.

Lastly, once it is in your possession, it is yours to do with as you see fit, unless it was given with strings attached.

Having said that, you're not looking to pass along one of these, are you?
