Tell him you are the "Banker". If he plays the chip and losses, the case will be empty. If he plays the chip and wins, he'll get the chip equivilent of the NCV(s) bet. AND, he has a less than 50/50 chance of winning!
As the banker, you are prepared to offer him 50% of the NCV value in cash!
Thats probably the best odds!
