PokerStars certainly seems to have the most players right now, and a great selection of games at all price levels. Also, the graphics are "viewer friendly", and the staff is pretty helpful for the most part.
As far as funding goes, I have traded chips more then 1 time to get funds, and have also had one of the ChipTalk members help me out recently as well.....
