Any suggestions where I might get my hands on Price guides for PR, CA & cruise lines??

I think that John Long does the Cruise Ships & I've heard there is a book by ?Eastman? for CA. I've checked David & Tyrus' websites but without luck.

Any ideas where I should start looking??
