That is on the old Kansas Pacific line that runs from Kansas City to Denver through Topeka, Manhattan, Salina, Hays, and Limon, CO. I was in Manhattan last weekend and the Kansas river wasn't much more than a trickle then. It will be interesting to see how they go about recovering those locos.
