Now you can be given a positive feedback and then they can tear you a new a$$h+le with this feature and of course you have no idea who did it.

I doubt most folks would not abuse it but of course many will.

I have already got dinged for shipping charges from this numb nuts in Canada. I charge what the Post Office charges and no handling packing fees.
He told me he got a different quote from Canadian PO...
