I have the revised edition (1998) of THE GAMING TABLE, which shows Pacheco Inn, Pacheco, CA as being open (Page 187). The chip Ellen asked about appears to be pictured on page 281 and identified as being from Pioneer Club, Jackson, CA. Am I missing something? Did both clubs use similar chips?
