in the middle of "The Money and the Power" - The Making of Las Vegas and its Hold on America, by Sally Dalton and Roger Morris.

Rather repetitive, but very interesting. Next in line is a book I've borrowed from Von McKenzie about Lansky. Not sure when I can get around to "Boardwalk Empire" but I'll keep it in mind.
