Then I get a lawyer and file an appeal, and because of the severity of my disabilities, I should have not trouble winning in another year.

I submitted my paperwork and in 7 months I received a treasury check for back payment. I thought I was the luckiest guy in the world because I got through in one try, contrary to all the advice I heard, and it only took 7 months.
