I have a dupe of this old brass token from the Reno area. Says Sparks on one side, apparently used also at Gold Club. Promo Token book pictures it as shown, but describes the legend as Reno on both sides. One inch in diameter, and dates to the mid 1970's. Catalog 572.0.
