Somebody was a real knucklehead.It just kills me to look at these .I've worked on all but the Hilton.I've used a toothbrush w/Dishsoap, one of those wonder sponges & Goo Gone John long has tried to help& it did,but Is there a way to take away of the yellowed inserts.

Also the insert is loose on the La concha.If I glued it back would that be considered an altered Chip? Thanks in Advance.
