I show these chips for educational purposes. I know there are some that buy them because of the "art" and, more likely, the price is right. So be it.

Most however, regret the purchase when they find out what they really got.

BTW, the repro sellers now add a disclaimer "This chip is guaranteed to be Elephant Ivory. I do not guarantee the chip to be 19th century, antique, or vintage, I will leave that to the experts." Interesting since they made the chip why can't they just state as much.
