I bring them in 3 ring binders. I use 4 binders:
Nevada Obsolete, Non-Nevada Obsoletes and Non- Nevada Current, Nevada current. In the binders, I have no more then 2 of each. I have them together by state. Nevada obsoletes are separated by denomination
The Nevada currents are not Las Vegas, and are also separated by denomination.
I will also bring a plastic box with mixed current extras. These will be pulled by me as current chips are depleted. If its a current chip that is super abundant, I only bring 2.
In my binders, I have a paper behind each chip stating the casino and chip, and value. When a chipper pulls the chip, they pull the paper with them. This way, I know what has gone. I will (in theory) then take the papers home with me, and adjust my trader list (website) accordingly. I will place the paper back into the empty spots. I can look through at night (in theory) and replenish any chips from the box.
If you are using the 30 paper sheets, I found a great helper is a wooden popsicle stick which is used to push the chip up from the bottom. This will (in theory) keep the pages from ripping as the chips are removed.
