I recently was able to upgrade to an undrilled version of this old black 25. Listed in TCR as N7690, it has an N value in drilled condition. The undrilled is extremely scarce and valued in the $700 area. James lists it as a 2nd issue chip from the 1940's and extremely rare in uncancelled condition. This specimen is average circulated condition, with no problems other than one of the "T"s missing [g].
