They were clearly not brought to the attention of those involved in dealing with the complaint you filed against Josh in this matter. Ive just re-checked the files.
You made the purchase on 29 November 2005.
On 1 December, before you could have possibly received any chips from Josh, you made this post:

Your next post was this one, some 10 days later.

However, it was a full 2 days after that when your first post appears from your AZ IP address, the address to which Josh shipped your purchase.

That day, 13th December, is the earliest you could have received them.
"I sent you multiple emails and it was YOU who refused to respond to my questions. Only after several such failures on your part, did I send the Certified Letter as a means to GET YOUR ATTENTION!"
Why did your letter not mention you had tried to contact him before? Why did you only wait 6 days if that was the case? Josh could easily have been on vacation for longer than 6 days - you had just had a 10 day absence yourself. Why did you choose to time the letter so it would arrive on Christmas Eve?
Go back and read all your related posts on this board at the time. Refresh your own memory. You knew what you were going to do before you even hit that BIN button - you virtually broadcast it to us all.
Dont forget either the list of 'demands' which you tried to 'blackmail' Josh with in order for you to drop the complaint. No way IMO anyone acting in that way should be standing for election.
Finally,
"although I have no regret for filing a Claim against you"
Had you subsequently regretted the way you handled this whole affair you might have been getting a whole lot more votes.
