I guess I wasn't specific enough. When you win a chip and the shipping is $2.50, then the item shows up in a plain white envelop with no padding. There was no damage so I couldn't complain about that, but I did say he shipping charge was too high for the way it was ship and told him about bubble envelopes. He called me a know it all that nobody could please.
