I have NEVER been screwed from a buyer yet but have been by sellers, (1) I have recieved PHOTO COPIED banknotes as originals, (2) recieved banknotes with writing in ink on the back with no mention or scan, (3) TODAY, I recieved 2 UNCIRCULATED noted wadded up in a bubble mailer! AND suprisingly my FEEDBACK was STILL held randsom! Go figure. The feedback system has long since failed. Maybe the new system will be better. I still contend both feedbacks should be complete BEFORE either one is published, and both published at the same time.
