the word "commemorative" on your chips, Jim. I have read the Hobby Protection Act (or whatever it's called) and it simply requires identification as a copy/commemorative/re-make on the face of coins. It seems to me you have complied with that, even if not required.
I hope no one gets fooled by later unscrupulous re-sellers, but you have made a nice effort to avoid that.
Can you tell the difference in the texture/weight/whatever between your chips and the original Dunes chips you are commemorating (so that no one can swap inlays to turn a well used chip into a mint one)?
