people buying gifts for chippers can be deceived. I distinctly remember near the time I first came on this board someone posting that their wife bought them a chip as a present on ebay and it turned out to be a Borland commemorative. It may be a fine chip, but it was not what she thought she was buying. Confusion is the essence of trademark infringement and false advertising claims. It's something the U.S. takes very seriously.
