This is a scan of the old LV match I got on eBay last week. There was a short post on it at the time on this bb.

In searching the web, I find a LV historical site that puts this bar on Las Vegas Blvd, (Hwy 91 at the time) next to Last Frontier. Dates are in the mid 40's. Apparently a later name for the place was El Rancho Rio. El Toro Bar is listed in The Gaming Table, and the cover has a reference to a casino on the front and inside.

I'd like to hear if anyone has any more info on the place or Val Sneed, apparently the owner,
