Respectfully, Jeff, if you thought the shipping costs were too high, you should not have bid.

I agree with you, feedback on a sale when I get paid, and on a purchase when I get the item.

As a seller, if you left me a positive with that kind of proviso, I'd be miffed. You knew what the shipping was when we entered the agreement. IMHO, it is unfair to complain about it now.

I have overpaid for shipping on items I wanted. I fold the high shipping cost into the overall price of the item.
