The information provided by Roy Klein, Rich Hanover, Gene Trimble, et. al. was so valuable that I printed out the entire thread to add to my files on chip manufacturing information. I just added a new chip to my collection of unusual inlays. (Thanks Nancy Olson!) I scanned a few to show. The middle chip is Seymour's Code: PO-BM/T. Unusual to have any color other than white for the inlay.
