I've played their tournaments several times over the last year. For a good and experienced player like you, the tournaments there will be perfect--lots of chips and 40 minute rounds. You get to play something other than "all in" poker.
And, if you haven't been there, they have a separate room, at the back of the poker area, for tournaments with 30-ish tables. Most of the times I've played there have been 10-15 tables and good payouts.
