There's a delay between the action going on in the bidding and the My eBay consolidation and also the searches. It you want to see the correct price and how many bids there are in real time, you need to go into the auction itself.
There are so many active bids on eBay at any given time that they have to create sub-databases to keep everything straight. I think the only way to fix it, if they really want to fix it, is to buy a used Cray Supercomputer. The auction company has too many thing going on to just use one computer database.
You'll also notice the delay if you post a group of feedbacks and then immediately back to your My eBay. One after one you'll see your feedback stars show up as you refresh the screen over and over until they're all visible.
