I say this because the spacing between numbers are different and that they are not aligned along the bottoms, sure makes it look like each digit was struck one-at-a-time with metal dies.

I have another example of such stamping on a different illegal club chip. I've shown it here before, but no knew what the lettering was about. I'll have to dig it out and post it again.
