After going through this and searching for my old copy of Microsoft "Picture-It" (which it appears, newer versions have removed this option) I found something on one of my Dollar Store CDs.

This one was "5000 Color Photos" but I have a stack of these junk CDs, because they included stock photos, icons, images and for some reason, I can't pass up a deal.

Meanwhile, here's the part you want to know. Cosmi It seems that just about everything that Cosmi makes, includes the free photo editor. It's pretty nice for a little piece of software, that does what I need to do. I have Photoshop, Paintshop Pro, and half a dozen more, but the plain little Cosmi photo editor makes perfect circle crops.

Now I can make my scans look like the "professionals" Greg and Archie!
