Chris and I visited the Hotel Nevada last year. Did not stay in a room but the place is brimming with history. Their BJ and Poker room are in the basement. The staff was very nice, the bullding was once, I beleive the tallest in Nevada (?). It certainly is worth the 2 hours. Front desk of hotel is casino cashier, hotel check-in and restaurant cashier, all in one! Chris and I drove it in one day from LV! Other casinos in town a disappointment, good local museum just down the block if I remember correctly!
