I found this today in a local antique store. At first I thought it was a tape measure, but it's a lighter. Has anybody else seen these before?

I like it so much I'm seriously thinking of starting to collect more like it if I can find them. (Hmmmmm...wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that it's shaped like a chip?? )
