Here's an old matchcover from Virgina City, NV. It shows the name Ed Zalac, not mentioned in The Gaming Table with the owners Zeb Kendall and Johnny Gerbatz. Seems like a lot of ownership changes for a club only open in 1961 and 62. I'm assuming Lynn Leong is the Chinese cook who ran the restaurant?
