Tyrus...I don't know the particulars or the circumstances of your problem. What I do know is what I do, and see on a day to day basis that makes me feel good about what I do. I sincerely believe that my company will be there for it's customers when the need is there, and I see evidence of it every day as each claim is processed. We are in the business of protection, and the millions we protect every day can attest that we are good at what we do.
