I worked at Harrahs in the closed bldg in 1963 & 64. It is on the California Side. It was a Harrahs Casino from at least 1954 when my Aunt & Uncle gambled there. At that time there was an old house on the lot where Harrahs sits now. Harveys purchased the Closed bldg & expanded into it. It was agreat time. Bill Harrah was one fine man to work for. Really cared about his employees. In the winter he paid for your cab ride to work. What parties he used to put on for all of us.
