Pretty good choice, Skip. I keep 3 vodkas on ice for when Irish Whiskey doesn't seem appropriate - which isn't often.

Ketel One, Grey Goose, and Tito's Handmade. The Ketel One is amazingly clean and the Grey Goose offers a little higher alcohol character, as represented by a bit of slipperyness on the pallet. All in all, however, I prefer the Tito's.

I usually drink all of them straight, except when I'm feeling especially wild - then I'll add an ice cube - but never to an Irish 12 years or older.
