Well, as it turns out I AM SCREWED. Advice ALWAYS get hurt in an accident, your attorney will tell you how badly you are injured! YOU did not go to medicial school, so what do you know about being hurt?

Without injuries or major damage a lawyer doesn't want it. Simply speaking, sharks don't eat crumbs. So they will turn up their noses, THE INSURANCE COMPANIES know this. You are screwed, and the insurance company wants to settle with you .... WHEN THEY GET AROUND TO IT!

I am going to file a complaint, but have been advised that it will have little impact. ONLY when there are a large enough complaints will it be addressed. It just sounds like a place for the victims to vent after Allstate gets their "Hands" on you. I plan on venting, maybe I will feel better. TYRUS... I'M WITH YOU! ALLSTATE SUCKS.

I do have Allstate homeowners insurance, I will be cancelling it THIS week EVEN if I am not given a full refund. I just notified my agent minutes ago. I will NEVER do business with Allstate (as if ANYONE there could careless). I am sure ALL insurance companies are the same, but ALLSTATE is the one who shafted me. Not the others (yet).

I called the body shop and gauranteed payment and aurthorized work to begin today. I expect my insurance will cover my expenses LESS the deductable and rental, but this way NO ONE ELSE can delay, deny, or jack me around.
