Bob, I have married friends who lived in Colorado Springs about ten years ago; he was stationed at the Air Force Academy. One August afternoon, she and the kids drove out to meet dad for lunch on base. She said the temperature was mid 70's, beautiful and sunny, and she and the kids were all wearing normal summer attire. They started for home which was south and west of the academy and during their drive home it started snowing and the temp fell 40 degrees! When they got home, she called her husband back at the academy and he said it was still warm and sunny there.

So I guess the moral to that story is if you don't like the weather, wait a minute, it will change!
