30 years of renting cars, and 1 thing I learned. Have A Letter from your agent stating that your rental is covered,and what the coverage is, along with the policy # and all other information. It takes a few minutes to call and have them mail the info to you. Nothing worse then spending hours waiting to clear up the facts.
