He said that I was right in NOT having it, because it would increse my premium $20 per month and with my driving record (rexcellent) I would be wasting my money. So, I assume he is right, I have already saved enough by not having it - to not have it! BUT the issue remains... I was not at fault and I feel I am entitled to be made whole, putting me in transportation AND fixing my car. PLUSSSS, something NO INSURANCE company will admit to but when I go to sell that car it has NOW been wrecked and THAT will deminish the resale value down the road. Yours truly sucks up THAT cost too!
