Before you go bashing Allstate...I'm an Allstate agent for quite awhile now...and I get 20% of my new business from clients that we have paid and are satisfied. The laws vary from State to State but don't hold the Company responsible without knowing all the facts internally. With problems call 1-800-ALLSTATE and file a complaint.
