I agree w/ EVERYONE. Long story short, guy pulls out in front of me at night. He doesn't have his headlights on and his windshield is completely fogged up (he just left a Wal-Mart). He t-bones me in the door. Cops come and he tells them its his fault and blah blah.....His insurance pretty much tells me to kiss their Nationwide and they weren't paying for anything because the boy said I was barefoot while driving. LMAO! My insurance says we'll take care of it..They wouldn't go after the guy or his insurance and unless he has something worth getting, sueing isn't going to get you anything but a lawyer bill and court costs. So pretty much you are joining the ranks of the scr%wed overs...

Whats the old saying.....Insurance is for people who can't afford NOT to have it.
