Are you sure the shine isn't from glue or shellac? I'm almost positive that I pried that chip (and a couple of others) out of a shadow box.

But, after reading your post, I looked at the other 2 that (I think) came out of the same shadow box. When I run a fingernail across the inlays, one is definitely more textured than the other one. I'm glad it's a keeper for you!
