I don't think anybody offered them as "sets", Nancy. Dealers offered them one at a time, starting back in the mid 90's. Mel and Armin had all of the denominations at one time but didn't really try to sell as sets. They were never really 'cheap'. Considerably harder to find these days, particularly the $2.50. I don't think as many were made of the 2.50 but have never seen 'quantities made' information.
