I have it on good authority that the OTY process will be slightly different this year, in that the nominees will be identified (via the 
Message Board) in advance of the voting!
Look for this to happen early next week.
As for the HOF process, it is customary that the names of the nominees not be released and I am unaware of a change to that. HOWEVER, the final say on this should come from the HOF Chairman and not the OLCD, but I'm pretty sure I got this one right.
On the OTY opinion, I'm pretty certain that the OTY Chairman will back me up!
