Very, very, very cool! Couple of questions. #1 What's the date on the dollar? #2 Does the collar have a soldier spot on it? If yes than the piece was once a key chain or pocket watch fob. The loop fell off or was removed. If not than it was a lucky pocket piece. Either way it's cool!

Value? $50 - $75. Scarcity? They're out there. but it takes some effort to find one. I'd rate it a 7 on a 1-10 (common - rare) scarcity scale.
