how about emailing the buyer. Perhaps something in their life was more pressing then their ebay purchase. There's a million reasons why a buyer might not have dealt with the matter other then trying to stiff you. Like poker....most often patience will prevail. You have nothing to loose. Give the person a little time before you resort to the next steps.
