Ya' know.... I have references to tons of banknotes, own a lot and have researched a lot and THAT'S the one thing I don't think I have ever run across! I can't think of a note with cards, dice, roulette wheel, or any other form of gaming, and now that you mention it no horse racing either (excludes chariots). There is ALMOST everything else! I think I will research that a little more, but my $2 is on "No".
